Lisa believes reaching out for help does not make you weak, it makes you a survivor.
Lisa personal mission is to provide, protect, and treat others with love and respect, to positively inspire the desire to believe in oneself, and work towards helping individuals rebuild that which is broken.
Lisa is a Resident in Counseling and one of The Children's Clinic of Fredericksburg's contractors who is working towards licensure in the state of Virginia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and Master’s Degree Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University.
She brings over 5 years-experience working with individuals, couples, and families; children, teens, and adults. Lisa provide services for those dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, family conflict, parenting difficulties, and other behavioral issues.
Lisa is a strong believer in self-care and enjoy dance, walking, relaxing by the ocean, as well as creating memories with my family and friends.
